Lead by Involving: Turn Meetings Into Learning and Action Spaces
Wednesday December 2, 2026 10:10am - 11:20am EST
Educators do not need more meetings; they need the meetings they already have to create stronger learning, ownership, and action. This session introduces facilitative leadership as leading by involving others to not just participate, but to co-create. Participants will experience practical ways to make meetings, PLCs, workshops, and retreats more purposeful, participatory, and action-oriented while leaving with at least one strategy they can apply immediately.
