Empowering Teacher Growth Through CHOICE: Evidence-Based Tools for Personalized Professional Learning

CHOICE, administered by Virginia Ed Strategies, has positively impacted nearly 1200 educators from 125 Virginia school divisions since 2021. Research evidence is clear that the model and its custom tools and resources have empowered teachers of all grade levels to reflect on practices, grow professionally, and implement new strategies in their classrooms. Attend this session to learn from fellow Virginia educators who participated in CHOICE, directly engage in activities to utilize CHOICE tools and resources, and gain FREE access to these resources for yourself and up to 50 peers.
