VATLL Annual Conference

Participants will explore a practical process for collecting and analyzing needs assessment data, identifying high-leverage instructional priorities, and creating a shared focus for continuous improvement. Attendees will leave with tools and templates they can use to build coherence, strengthen instructional leadership, and move beyond fragmented initiatives.
