About me
Stephanie Fuhs is a Director at TNTP, specializing in instructional coaching and literacy implementation at the school, district, and state levels. Her work includes supporting systems in adopting and sustaining high-quality literacy practices through strategic planning, capacity building, and instructional coaching. She has led multiple schools with TNTP's Good to Great coaching model, which has helped teachers strengthen instructional practices and improve student outcomes. She has successfully supported organizations in developing robust instructional coaching programs that align with evidence-based literacy instruction. Stephanie brings a deep understanding of adult learning, school leadership, and a passion for ensuring all students find joy for reading. She has over 17 years of experience in education. Prior to TNTP, Stephanie was an Assistant School Leader and Instructional Coach. She holds a M.Ed. in Educational Leadership from Columbia University, an MA in Reading and Language Arts from the University of Saint Joseph, and a BA in Sociology from the University of North Carolina Asheville.
