About me
Rachele Hirsch-Brooks is the Instructional Specialist for the STEM Academy at Booker T. Washington Elementary, Virginia's first elementary College Partnership Lab School. She partners with educators to design innovative, standards-aligned learning experiences that integrate STEM, literacy, Design Thinking, and project-based learning. With more than 15 years in education, Rachele has served as a classroom teacher, division science specialist, and instructional leader, supporting curriculum development, professional learning, and instructional innovation. She is passionate about helping educators transform standards into authentic learning experiences that foster curiosity, collaboration, creativity, and student agency. Rachele is currently pursuing her doctoral studies in Educational Leadership at Old Dominion University, where her work focuses on innovative school design and instructional leadership.
