Dr. Echols is an organizational leadership and human systems strategist, speaker, and facilitator with more than 20 years of experience supporting individuals, teams, and organizations. A former teacher, school counselor, and professional learning leader, he works across education, healthcare, and nonprofit sectors, specializing in collaboration, coaching, leadership development, and inclusion. Dr. Echols has presented internationally for organizations including ASCD, Learning Forward, and Near East South Asia Council of Overseas Schools.  His work is anchored in his mission to inspire and support individuals and groups to do and be their best.
