About me
Dr. Steffian is a professional learning and education program leader with extensive experience supporting K–12 educators through professional learning, instructional design, coaching, and curriculum development. For the past two years, she has worked with the ODU–CEIO Lab School Project, developing and implementing an innovative coaching model that supports educators in designing and integrating interdisciplinary, project-based learning experiences. Her expertise includes educator professional development, competency-based learning, digital micro-credentials, and interdisciplinary STEM and computer science education. Prior to joining TCEP, she served as a middle school library media specialist in Newport News Public Schools.
