About me
Mrs. Jackie O’Toole has dedicated more than 20 years to the field of education serving in a variety of leadership and instructional roles, including assistant principal, instructional designer, and elementary classroom teacher. She currently serves as the Director of Instruction at St. Andrews School in Richmond, Virginia, where she partners with educators to strengthen teaching and learning across the school. Jackie is especially passionate about high-quality math instruction and believes that math should be hands-on, engaging and meaningful for every student.
