About me
Jennifer Campbell is the Secondary Reading Specialist Instructional Coach for Nelson County Public Schools and has dedicated 18 years to advancing teaching and learning in Virginia's public schools in both urban and rural settings. She partners with school and division leaders to strengthen instructional leadership, curriculum implementation, professional learning, instructional coaching, and the intentional alignment of systems that improve student outcomes. Jennifer has worked extensively with the Virginia Department of Education, contributing to statewide initiatives focused on curriculum, instruction, assessment, and educator support. She served as a lead educator in the development of Virginia's 2024 English Standards of Learning, helping shape English instruction across the Commonwealth. Jennifer is a frequent presenter at the state and national levels, sharing innovative practices through the Virginia Department of Education, EdLeader21, and other professional learning organizations. She is passionate about empowering educators through collaboration, evidence-based practices, and innovative leadership that strengthen school culture and create lasting impact for students.
