Heather Peterson is an organizational and leadership development professional. She has 25 plus years of experience in education, school climate, leadership development, strategic planning and school improvement. Heather Peterson is Director of Climate and Culture for Hampton City Schools. She focuses on creating positive teaching and learning environments. She develops and facilitates professional development in the areas of school climate and culture, social and emotional wellbeing, restorative practices, trauma informed practices, and teacher leadership. Her passion is making an impact on adults that can make a difference for young people. Heather also owns PACE Consulting and supports schools across the country in developing a positive school climate and culture. She has presented at both state and national conferences. Heather holds a Masters of Arts degree in Adult Education and Human Development from George Washington University in Washington D.C. and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication from George Mason University in Fairfax County, VA
