Eric Rhoades is an accomplished educational leader and consultant with over 30 years of experience in public education. He is the Cofounder and Lead Science Consultant of CTLG Consulting (Collaborative Teaching and Learning Group), where since 2022 he has designed customized, student-centered science and instructional plans.Prior to his consulting work, Eric served for a decade as the Director of the Office of Science and Health Education at the Virginia Department of Education and spent two years as the Director of Curriculum and Instruction for Richmond Public Schools. He began his dedicated career in education as a classroom teacher, instructing students in physical science, biology, and chemistry.
