Danielle Gish is a high school assistant principal with 19 years of experience in public education. She spent the first 11 years of her career as a high school social studies teacher and tennis coach before transitioning into school leadership. Danielle is passionate about building positive school cultures where every student feels connected, valued, and supported. She believes strong relationships are the foundation of successful schools and enjoys helping educators and leadership teams foster trust, collaboration, and a shared vision. Her work focuses on student belonging, leadership development, and creating school communities where everyone can thrive.
