I am a student-centered leader committed to creating school communities where every learner feels known, valued, and empowered to succeed. My work in instructional leadership, master scheduling, MTSS, PBIS, AVID, and special education/504 systems is grounded in a belief that strong relationships, inclusive practices, and high expectations transform outcomes. I lead with empathy and clarity—coaching teachers, designing collaborative structures, and implementing data-driven supports that uplift students with IEPs, 504s, and English Learners. I am driven by a vision of equitable, innovative, and culturally responsive schools where every student can thrive academically, socially, and personally.
