Angela Whittaker is an educational innovator specializing in student-led inquiry that leads to meaningful action. As the K-12 Project Manager for The Institute for Humane Education, Angela manages and develops professional learning programs that empower teachers and students to address real-world challenges in their communities. With 28 years of experience in classroom instruction, curriculum design, outdoor education, and educator training, and school administration Angela is recognized for her innovative work; including the Presidential Innovation in Environmental Education Award. She inspires educators to adopt practices that promote engagement, agency, optimism, and meaningful action.
