When educators work in isolation, complex student needs fall through the cracks. This interactive session challenges practitioners of all disciplines and leadership levels to step "beyond the margins" of their individual roles. Through a hands-on mock school leadership simulation, participants will practice cross-disciplinary problem-solving, learn to advocate for their specialty's unique perspective, and build consensus. Attendees will walk away with concrete strategies to cultivate collaborative, holistic, and highly effective school teams.
